Are you a fan of the
Arthur cycle? Check out the Arthurian
epic in the style and tradition of Beowulf.
This bardic tale will appeal to Arthurian enthusiasts, linguists,
literature buffs, and the knowledge thirsty.
This epic is far
from finished (as a matter of fact, I consider its writing a life-long
endeavor. Feel free to submit potential
additions to the tale at [email protected]. Please try to remain true to the original
intent.
The background of
the story is this: After some 350 years
of occupation, the Roman legions left Britain.
In the void left by the absence of Roman law and cultural influence a
major resurgence of Celtic culture transpired.
It was during this time period that the historical King Arthur lived,
fought and reigned. And it is during
this era in history that my story takes place.
